Publishing Media Membership
Equine-related print or online publishing media that publish editorial content relative to news and information about the horse industry. Eligible as Publishing Media Members are: Print publications; Online publishing media; Digital editions and/or Electronic Publications housed on member website or third party site.
Annual Publishing Media Dues is based on circulation per issue for print publications during the preceding 12 months and based on average user per month for online publications, digital editions, or electronic publications. Verification of circulation per issue or stats per user must be submitted with application.
Excluded from Publishing Media membership is social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) blogs, and publications whose primary purpose is to promote the publisher’s own specific products or services, and that advertise only products or services of the publisher.
Print publication over 25,000 per issue
Online publishing media over 50,000 users per month
Print publication 5,000 to 25,000 per issue
Online publishing media 10,000 to 50,000 users per month
Print publication under 5,000 per issue
Online publishing media under 10,000 users per month
Business Membership
Business members include recognized businesses, organizations, associations, and e-commerce websites that share an interest in the equine industry and support the mission and goals of AHP.
Nonprofit Business members dues is discounted with proof of Nonprofit status.
College/University Members include recognized colleges, universities, vet tech and trade schools that share an interest in the equine industry and support the goals of AHP.
Media Professional Membership
Media Professional members are freelance writers, authors, photographers, videographers, broadcasters, media sales representatives, public relations agents, media consultants, authors, illustrators, designers, or any individual offering a service to the equine media industry. Membership is in individual’s personal name only and press release content requires information directly about the individual, not clients.
Student Membership
Student membership is available to high school and undergraduate college students under the age of 25 who share a love for horses and seek a career in equine media.

Online applications only. Major credit cards and PayPal accepted. Checks may be mailed to: American Horse Publications, 49 Spinnaker Circle, South Daytona, FL 32119. Membership is pending until checks are received.
